Preheat oven to 450*.2. In a large skillet heat 3 tbsp. oil and add mushrooms, salt & pepper, onion, and cook until all liquid evaporates (about 10 minutes). Add spinach and cook 1 minute more until spinach is soft. Transfer to a bowl with parsley, and lemon juice. Stir in cream cheese in pieces. 3. On a lightly floured surface roll our 1 pastry puff sheet to an 11" square then half it. Repeat with the other pastry sheet. Arrange 1/4 of filling crosswise on one half of each pastry piece leaving a 1/2" border. Brush the border with egg then fold to close pastry. 4. Cut 2 vents into each turnover and crimp the edges. Transfer to parchment paper. Bruch tops with more egg.5. Bake for about 18 minutes until browned. Let rest for 5 minutes. 6. Enjoy!
