Here is how you make Kale, Mushroom and onion crustless quiche:

Heat olive oil on medium-high heat. Add onion, saute 3 minutes. Add mushrooms. saute until onions are fully translucent, 2-3 more minutes. Add pepper flakes and kale, stir. Cover and let cook 2 minutes. Stir in Swiss chard, marjoram, salt and pepper. Cover and let cook about 4 minutes, until greens are wilted, stirring occasionally. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix with substitute and milk. Add salt and pepper if desired.Spray a glass pie dish with cooking spray. Layer in half the greens mixture, followed by half the cheese; repeat, and pour in the egg mixture to cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
