Here is how you make Nut Koftas:

Heat 3 tbs oil in a pan, add onion and cook for about 4 mins.Add chilli flakes and curry paste and cook for 1 min.Transfer to a food processor or blender with the beans, ground almonds, egg and a little salt and pepper and process until mixture starts to bind.Using lightly floured hands, take 1/8th mixture and mould around a skewer forming it into a sausage about 2.5cm/1 inch thick. Make 7 more teh same way.Place on a foil-lined grill rack and brush with a further 1 tablespoon of the oil. Grill under preheated grill for about 5 mins, until golden, turning once.Serving Size:?Makes 8 koftas about 1 inch thick
