1/4 brown sugar

Here is how you make Slow Down Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal:

Find a oven-safe bowl or dish that will fit your biggest slow cooker, when placed on top of some wadded up tinfoil. Lightly grease dish. Mix all ingredients in dish, including four cups water. Place dish in slow cooker on top of small balls of tinfoil. Pour more water directly into the slow cooker so that it comes up to at least half way up the side of the dish. Cook overnight on your lowest heat setting for at least 8 hours. Serve with milk, soy milk, cream, or vanilla yogurt. Leftovers are fine to eat through the week or can be frozen.
