Here is how you make Oatmeal Baked with Apple and Berries:

1. Preheat oven to 375? F.2. Spray a 10 inch Pie Pan with non stick cooking spray.3. In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients together - Berries, Oatmeal, Pecans, Baking Powder, and Grated Apple.4. In another bowl, whisk together the Milk, Yogurt, Maple Syrup, Vanilla, Egg & Egg Yolk.5. Stir Wet Ingredients in the Dry Ingredients. 6. Pour into prepared Pie Pan and bake until firm & golden on top, about 45 minutes.7. Cut into slices and serve.The original recipe had 1/2 tsp of Fine Sea Salt, which I left out because Baking Powder has sodium. It also used Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt. I used Nonfat Greek Yogurt to cut down on the sugar and other additives that come with favored yogurts. The original recipe also used 2 Cups of Rolled Oats, while I used Cooked Steelcut Oatmeal. I like the texture of the Steelcut vs. the Rolled Oats. I've mentioned the changes and amounts in case you wish to try the recipe with the original ingredients.
