Add dry to wet and stir until combined. Pour mixture into a 8x8 prepared pan, cover and put in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, sprinkle the chocolate chip over the top and press down lightly. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake an additional 25 minutes or until the middle is no longer jiggly. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Cut into 6 squares.
