(using a food processor makes this easier).- Add oats- Remove 1.5 cups of mix and set aside for topping.- Add juice to the mix until moistened. Press into bottom of pan using your fingers or a measuring cup.- For Filling: mix sugar, and flour.- Add fruit and lemon juice, gently toss. Distribute the filling over the crust.- Sprinkle the reserved crumb mixture over the filling. - Bake until top is golden, about 35-40 minutes. Let the pan cool on a wire rack for about 2hrs.
