How Do I Make Oatmeal Brulee?

Here is how you make Oatmeal Brulee:

In saucepan, combine oats, oat bran, eggwhites, cinnamon, sweetener, and water. Mix well and cook over med. heat until oats are cooked. Depending on the type of oats used, adjust cooking time accordingly. I use thick cut oats and they take a bit longer to cook. When oats are cooked, transfer to single serving baking dish and top with brown sugar. Place under a broiler, watch carefully so as not to burn the sugar but to melt and form a slight crust.
