Mix together flour and oats.In a seperate bowl, mix milk, egg, applesauce, butter, sugar, cinnamon.Combine with dry mixture.Spoon onto hot nonstick griddle. Makes 6-4" pancakes. Two pancakes is one serving. To make these fluffier, seperate the yolk and the white. Mix everything else and mix the white until it forms a meringue. Fold the white into the pancake mix.
