2 eggs lightly beaten
3 tbsp butter, melted (or canola oil)
2 tbsp honey

Here is how you make Whole Wheat and Oatmeal Pancakes:

Serving size is 1/2 c of batter. Makes about 13 pancakes.In a large mixing bowl combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl combine rolled oats and 1 ? c milk; let stand for 10 minutes. Add eggs, butter, and honey to the oat mixture. Stir until well combined. Add the oat mixture to the flour mixture. Stir until just combined, but slightly lumpy (can thin with milk). Cook on lightly greased griddle 1 - 2 minutes on each side.
