Here is how you make Savory Overnight Quinoa Oatmeal:

1. Put the quinoa in a large canning jar or airtight container. Add the oats, chickpeas, milk, broth, nutritional yeast, roasted red pepper, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, liquid Amino's, basil, oregano and pepper. Cover the jar and shake until combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve, at least 3 to 4 hours. 2. To heat, pour the jar's contents into a medium pot and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 7 minutes, until heated through and thickened. If it gets too thick and sticky, add a couple tablespoons of broth or water. Alternatively, microwave for 3 to 4 minutes, until heated through and thickened, stirring once half way through.
