1 tsp pepper
2 cups parsley (or two bunches cut up)
4 tbs cilantro
1 raw onion, chopped really fine

If you are using dried garbanzo beans - soak overnight, then boil for about 1 hour.Preheat oven to 375Mash garbanzo beans - use a food processor if yours works, trust me, it's worth it.Add all ingredients except reserve 1 tbs olive oil. Mix together mixture.Drizzle 1/2 of remaining oil on a baking pan and spread around with paper towel. Get about 2 tbs worth of mixture and make into small ball with your hands. Place on baking pan. You can place them pretty close to each other - they won't spread out when they cook like cookies will.Drizzle small amount of oil on top (if you have olive oil flavored cooking spay, use instead) and bake for about 15 minutes. Then turn over each piece and bake for another 15 minutes.Should make about 48 individual pieces. I eat it in pita bread with yogurt and cucumber - or as a bite sized snack!
