Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Amchur Powder - 1 tsp



How Do I Make Okra (Bhindi) Sabzi?

Here is how you make Okra (Bhindi) Sabzi:

Heat oil in a deep cooking pan and put in the mustard seeds. Once it stops sputtering, add the cumin seeds, turmeric powder and the chilli powder. Saute for a minute and then add the okras. Turn once and then add the salt. After a minute add the amchur powder (which you can get in any Indian store) and turn once and cover and cook till done.Note: Do not turn over and over as this will make the okras very sticky.
