How Do I Make Good Morning Omelet?

Here is how you make Good Morning Omelet:

Add olive oil to 8" skillet over medium low heat. Add mushroom, green pepper, and onion. Cook until onion are transparent. Add tomato for about 1/2 minute spread veggie mixture evenly in the pan before adding egg beater. Cook omelet thoroughly by lifting the eggs a side at a time draining the uncooked portion into the bottom of the pan. Add fresh spinach one side of the omelet 1/2 way through.
