A little strange: tastes like molasses cookies, but not so sweet. Doesn't need syrup, just put a little unsweetened applesauce on top. Makes 10 pancakes. They are very filling. Eat slowly. Can be made with a lot less calories: use just 1 egg, less oil, more quinoa, low fat yogurt and milk, but I made it as a 5K recovery meal, so I used whole milk yogurt and regular milk.

1 T Dark Blackstrap Molasses
2 Eggs
Add the dry ingredients, mix quickly, and fry like pancakes. Note, they are softer than pancakes and harder to turn. Leave your self room on the skillet.
