Optional ingredients to add: apples and cinnamon, bananas and walnuts, blueberries, strawberries, canned pumpkin and all-spice, chopped nuts, ground flax seed, wheat germ, 1-2 scoops of your favorite protein powder, a little honey, maple syrup or splenda. My favorite way to eat these are either plain or with plain low-fat Greek-style yogurt and fresh fruit. Enjoy!! Cook on griddle or skillet as you would any other pancake.
