Here is how you make Jen's Whole Wheat Cinnamon Pancakes:

Combine flour, baking soda, and sugar in a bow. In a separate bowl, mix milk, Egg Beaters, and vanilla extract. Beat wet ingredients into dry mixture, making sure to whip in air. Stir in cinnamon. Spray cooking spray on griddle or skillet, heat, and then dip batter 1/3 c or less at a time onto griddle/skillet. Cook one side until top bubbles, then flip and cook the other side.
