Here is how you make Parmesan Crusted Tempeh:

Cut Tempeh into 10 pieces (cut in half and then fifths.)Dip in egg substitute and then dredge in mixture of bread crumbs and cheese.Pan-fry with some olive oil spray for about 5 minutes, turning to heat thoroughly and brown each side.I served this with Hunts sweet onion chopped tomatoes and some steamed broccoli (not included in calories.)
