1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup mozzerella
1 tsp. pizza seasoning ( mine has: oregano,majoram, basil, crused red pepper, garlic powder)

Here is how you make Meatless (lasana)pasta bake:

Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain. In 8x8 or 9x9 square glass pan spread 1/3 sauce, then 1/2 of noodles, drop 1/2 of ricotta by spoonfuls evenly on noodles then spread it around. sprinkle half of seasoning, then sprinkle 1/3 of mozzerella on top. Repeat, using half of remaining sauce and noodles and all of ricotta and seasoning. Finish last layer without ricotta. Optional top with sprinkle of parmesan cheese.Cover with foil.
