Prepare pasta per package directions and drain. Meanwhile, heat olive oil over medium-high heat in large skillet. Add sliced onions and a pinch of salt and cook, stirring, until golden brown, about 8 minutes. Reduce heat to low, add minced garlic, and cook 1 minute longer.
