Makes 3-4 servingsBring water to a boil in a large sauce pan. Add broccoli and cook for 3 minutes, till tender.Remove broccoli with slotted spoon and use water to boil pasta, according to pasta directions.Drain pasta. In a large saute pan, add olive oil and butter on low-med heat. When butter has finished melting, add zest and garlic, and reduce heat to low. Cook for 1 minute.Add lemon juice, broccoli and pasta to pan. Stir occasionally while reheating and letting pasta absorb some sauce, about 3-5 minutes.
