Here is how you make Velvety Broccoli and Feta Pasta:

Cut broccoli into small florets and steam. Season with salt and pepper. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large saut? pan. Cook the onion and garlic until it just begins to soften and then add the broccoli. Cook for several minutes until the onion is translucent. Add the parsley and cook until it is well wilted. Add lemon juice and simmer for 2 minutes. Transfer to a blender and add 1/4 cup of the feta and 1/4 cup water. Pur?e until smooth, adding a drizzle of olive oil and a little more water if it sticks or lumps. Pur?e to desired consistency. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with a good ridged pasta.
