1/3 cup golden raisins

Here is how you make Tri-Color Pasta with Rainbow Chard and Raisins:

Cook the chard in a large pot of salted boiling water until just tender, about 5 minutes. Scoop out the chard with tongs, pat dry, and set aside. Cook the pasta in the same pot of boiling water until al dente, about 10 minutes.While pasta is cooking, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until softened, about 1 minute. Stir in raisins and chard and decrease heat to low.When pasta is cooked, drain well and place in serving bowl. Drizzle with the remaining oil, add chard/raisin mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.
