What Are The Ingredients For PC Roma Pasta Recipe? The ingredients for PC Roma Pasta are: one box thin spaghetti (Barilla preferred)3 cans chicken broth 1/4 c. white wine (optional) salt & pepper 4 or 5 plum tomatoes, depending on size 4 cloves garlic fresh basil 2 Tbsp olive oil 1 oz. parmesan cheese How Do I Make PC Roma Pasta? Here is how you make PC Roma Pasta: Break spaghetti in half and lay in the bottom of the deep covered baker. Pour in 2.5 cans of chicken broth, or enough to cover and have one inch of broth above the pasta. Add salt & pepper to season, microwave for 4 minutes. Break up pasta (to make sure it isn't sticking together), and then microwave again until al dente. The recipe says to cook 10 minutes total, but mine took 14 minutes total. You want a lot of the broth to be evaporated, but it's okay if it's a little watery. For the sauce:Rinse and dry basil. Add basil and garlic cloves to manual food processor and chop fine. Wedge tomatoes and add half of them to the MFP. Chop down and then add 1 Tbsp oil (you can be a little heavy on the oil). Keep chopping until it produces a nice bruschetta. Then add the other half of the tomatoes and the other 1 Tbsp oil, chop and blend more. Stir sauce into pasta. Grate in half of the parmesan cheese and stir. The sauce will thicken up a little. Then grate the rest of the cheese on top. You can garnish with some extra basil.Serving Size: makes 8 servings (2oz pasta = 1 serving)Number of Servings: 8Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user SPIDERGIRL502.What's The Nutritional Info For PC Roma Pasta? The nutritional information for PC Roma Pasta is:
