1-10 oz pkg frozen peas
1 lemon
2 T olive oil
4 leeks, white & light green parts only, sliced into half-moons and rinsed, about 3 cups
3/4 cup fat free half and half
1/8 t grated nutmeg
2 T fresh tarragon, parsley, or basil
1/4 c grated parmesean cheese

Here is how you make Creamy Pasta with Leeks, Peas, and Parmesean:

Cook pasta according to package directions, adding frozen peas 2 minutes of cooking; drain and set aside.Meanwhile, use a zester to zest one lemon. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the leeks, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, 6-8 minutes. Add the cream, lemon zest, and nutmeg, and simmer until slightly thickened, 2 to 3 minutes.
