Here is how you make Chickpea and Mushroom Pasta:

makes 8- 1 cup servingsHeat olive oil in sauce pan. Throw in the onions and sautee for 3 minutes untill soft. Throw in the mushrooms, cumin, garlic, and salt and sautee for another 3 minutes. Add in the rest of the ingredients (except the pasta), and simmer on a low flame for 4 minutes. As you are doing this, place the wholw wheat spaghetti into a pot of bioling water for 8-10 minutes.
