4 canned artichoke hearts, chopped
Parsley, dried, 3 tbsp
Oregano, ground, .25 tsp

Red Ripe Tomatoes, 7 medium, finely chopped
Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
Capers, canned, 2 tbsp, drained
Salt & Pepper to taste
