1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 can artichokes hearts, drained and quartered
1 1/4 Tablespoons flour
3/4 cup milk
2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tablespoon Mozzarella cheese
3 ounces whole wheat pasta, cooked and drained
1 Tablespoon Italian bread crumbs

Here is how you make Light but rich tasting spinach and artichoke pasta:

Cook frozen spinach and drain, squeezing out liquid. Cook pasta, drain, and set aside.Melt 1/2 tablespoon butter in saute pan. Add garlic, stirring about one minute, and then add spinach and saute about one minute. Set this aside. Melt 1/2 Tablespoon margarine in same pan and saute artichokes for one or two minutes. Then set them aside with spinach. Melt last of the margarine in pan. Whisk in the flour until combined. Add the milk, stirring until smooth and thickened. Stir in parmesan, mozzarella, salt, pepper, cayenne, and garlic salt. Add back in the artichokes and spinach, along with the pasta, and gently fold together. Pour into baking dish, and top with breadcrumbs.
