During the last 4 minutes of boiling time, add the broccoli to the boiling water. During the last minute, add the spinach to the boiling water. Drain the water. At the same time, in a separate pan, sautee the garlic in the olive oil for approximately 1 minute then add the onion for approximately 5 minutes. Next, add the red peppers, squash and zucchini. Add tuscan seasoning. Spray with PAM so veggies are coated. Saute for a few more minutes. When veggies are done, mix with pasta. Add diced grape tomatoes as garnish. May want to add some fresh romano cheese as well.
