1 tsp garlic minced
1/2-1 tbsp Olive Oil (use more or less as you prefer)

Here is how you make Zesty Zucchini Pasta:

This dish serves 2 easily or one really filling bowl if you don't feel like sharing. Boil pasta as per package directions. I used a veggie peeler to just make long ribbons out of the zucchini but I imagine you can cut it any way you fancy. Saute the garlic in oil in a large skillet, add zucchini and toss to coat with a bit of the oil, do NOT overcook, add spaghetti noodles and toss with the crushed red pepper, lemon juice and season to taste with salt or pepper if needed.
