Add dash of cumin, dash of onion powder, dash of paprika and a dash of chili pepper. Add them to a lightly oiled baking pan/dish and "toast" them for 15 to 20 minutes. - Meanwhile, sliver about 8 zucchinis, depending on their size (mine were not big like the ones in the US). 4 big ones or 8 smaller ones. Play with it. - lightly stir fry the zucchini slivers in a frying pan (or sauce pan) with one tsp of olive oil. Then put them in a bowl, aside. - Add the onions, garlic, peppers, rutabaga and green beans to the now empty pan. - Add the tomato paste and pasta sauce ( or pure pasta sauce - i just ran out lol).
