2 cans tinned garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup Parsley
2 Tbs Cilantro (or 2 tsp dried)
1/4 Lemon Juice
1/2 cup white Flour
2 TBS Tahini
3 cloves of Garlic
1 tsp dried Coriander
1 tsp Chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
pinch of cayenne or to taste
3 TBS Olive Oil, divided


How Do I Make Fullafel Patties?

Here is how you make Fullafel Patties:

Put everything in a food processor except the olive oil. Process until smooth. Place in a bowl and refrigerate for an hour to help firm it up. Using a small scoop or spoon, take about 2 TBS "dough" and form into balls. Put into frying pan with about a bit of the oil, and flatten slightly. Cook on both sides until golden brown in batches, not overcrowding the pan. Transfer to baking pan, heat just before serving.Serving Size:?Makes 30 small size patties. Nutrition info is per patty
