1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
2 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter (Dry Roasted Ground Peanuts)

Here is how you make Peanut Tofu Curry:

Spray large pan or wok with cooking spray. Add onions and cook until soft.Add the tofu and saut? until slightly browned, then add curry powder and salt to taste.Add the chopped zucchini and saut? for about 5 mins.Then add the garbanzo beans and tomatoes.Add more curry and/or salt to taste, and 1 cup water.Stir, then add peanut butter and stir until fully mixed.
