What Are The Ingredients For Penne Parmazola Recipe?The ingredients for Penne Parmazola are: 1LB box of Penne Pasta (whole wheat optional)2 Cups Morning Star Farms- Meal Starters Italian Sausage 1/4 Cup Parmasean Cheese 5 oz Gorganzola Cheese 1/4 Cup ICBINB (or margerine or whatever butter you want) 1/4 Cup Soy Milk 2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 Cup diced Onion 2 Garlic Cloves Minced 1/4 Olive Oil 1tsp or (1/2 tbs) Ground Nutmeg Salt and Pepper to taste How Do I Make Penne Parmazola?Here is how you make Penne Parmazola: Bring 3 Cups of water to a boil in a large pot. Spray water with Pam so that Pasta would not stick. Once Water is boiling add pasta cook until tender. While pasta is cookin in another medium pot or large sause pan add butter and olive oil on low heat, bring to a boil. Mince onions and Garlic while butter is heating. Once Butter is boiling, slowly add soy milk. Then add 1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup mix well then add the other can and mix well. Next add your onions and garlic and Italian Sausage. Let this boil on medium heat. Once Creamy mixture is boiling add in the gorganzola then the parmasean cheese then turn off heat immediately. Mix in the nutmeg and mix well. Drain the pasta. Add pasta to the creamy mixture on low heat for about 2 minutes or until all ingredients are well combined. Add Salt and Cayenne, Black, White or Crushed Peper to taste.ENJOY!!!!
