Here is how you make Tofu Scramble w/peppers and onions:

Press tofu. Crumble tofu into a bowl. Add nutritional yeast, turmeric, salt, lemon juice, salt & pepper. Stir to combine and set aside. Saute peppers and onions in oil until onions are translucent. Add garlic and saute another minute or until fragrant. Add tofu mixture to the pan and stir to combine. Let tofu cook for a few minutes until it starts to lightly brown up.
