Here is how you make Cauliflower Breakfast Pie:

Mix cauliflower, melted butter and salt and pepper and press into 9" pie plate. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 until lightly browned. Meanwhile, saut? the onion and jalapeno in a non stick pan with a bit of water or broth until soft. Let cool. Whisk together eggs, egg whites, milk and the saut?ed vegetables. Pour over the cauliflower crust. Sprinkle with pepper jack cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 350, or until set.
