What Are The Ingredients For Quick, Easy, Healthy Pot Pie Recipe?The ingredients for Quick, Easy, Healthy Pot Pie are: 1 can low-fat cream of mushroom soup (condensed, NOT prepared)1/2 cup skim milk 1/2 tsp ground thyme 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 bag (16 ounces) frozen vegetables 1 refrigerated pie crust (9-inch) How Do I Make Quick, Easy, Healthy Pot Pie?Here is how you make Quick, Easy, Healthy Pot Pie: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Grease a 9-inch pie pan.In a large bowl, whisk the soup and the milk until blended. Add the thyme and pepper, mix. Stir in the vegetables.Pour mixture in the greased pie pan and use a back of a spoon to pat the mixture down. Cover the mixture with the pie crust, pinching the edges over the pan. Use a fork to poke holes in the top of the crust (or use a small knife to make a heart, write your initial, etc.).Bake the pot pie for 40-50 minutes, until the crust is golden brown. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.Makes 4 servings.NOTE- I sometimes use cream of chicken soup & add pre-cooked diced chicken breasts for my husband. We have used almost every vegetable we can find in the frozen section. You may also use fresh vegetables. Use whole wheat pie crust if you can find it.
