This is a veggie cleaner ( it will clear out all your veggies that need used up) & uses up all your leftovers. Lay cut side down on pan.4) In a seperate bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and veggies. Pour on top of potatoes. Top with shredded cheese.5) Roll out dough (enough to cover casserole) and cover casserole. Cut vent slits on dough.6) Bake pie at 425 degrees until pastry is browned, about 30-45 mins.
