Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Microwave the green giant veggies, then the steam and mash potatoes. Whole those are cooking, Spray an 8"x8" glass dish with cooking spray, then sprinkle the soy crumbles around the bottom. When the veggies are cooked, evenly pour those on top of the crumbles, then mash the potatoes (I added a little garlic powder and pepper) with the chicken stock and spread those evenly over the vegetable layer.
