How Do I Make Vegan Pot Pie?

Here is how you make Vegan Pot Pie:

pre-heat oven to 420brown gardein scallopini in a saut? pan with 1 tablespoon canola oil. season with salt and pepper. remove from pan and set aside.to make roux... melt Earth Balance in a saut? pan, add flour and whisk constantly until light brown in color. cool and set aside. ( I added a bit of water because it was a little thick, you want it think but not runny!!!)in a 5.5 qt. stock pot cook onions in canola oil for 3 min and add frozen veggies sage, thyme, salt and pepper. continue to cook for 5 min. Add roux.boil stock and simmer for 5 min whisk in yeast flakes. add to mixture.For crust... put cut the crust to the size dish I used. I sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and then put crust into it. pour my mix into the dish and lay the rest of the crust on top, criss crossing it.Bake 20-25 min, until crust rises and is lightly browned.
