Add cold water to form a firm ball. Cover and chill in fridge for 15minutes.In a pan place the onion, garlic, carrots and parsnips cover with water, and cook until just soft.Drain reserving 1 cup of the water.In another pot place the cup of water plus the 1/2 cup of coconut milk, heat slowly, in a small jug combine the remaining coconut milk with the cornstarch, pour into pot and cook until thick.
