How Do I Make No Crust Vegetable "Pot Pie"?Here is how you make No Crust Vegetable "Pot Pie": * About 1 hour before serving: in oil, cook mushrooms, turnips, carrots, celery, and onion, stirring 8-10 minutes. * Mix milk with flour and stir into veggie mixture, along with broth, corn, broccoli, herbs, and salt. * On high heat, bring the mixture to boiling. REduce heat to low, cover and simmer 15-20 minutes, or until the veggies are tender. * Serve hot in bowls, topped with a fluffy drop biscuit on top.
