Serves 2 as a main meal or 4 as part of a main meal, serve with salad.1. Pre-heated oven to Gas Mark 4, 180C. or 350F2. Chop all of the peppers and onion3. Beat the eggs and add peppers and onion4. Pour mixture into oven proof dish5. Place in oven for about 10-15 minutes, then sprinkle cheese on top.6. Place back in oven and keep checking as times will be different dependent on size of dish and type of oven.7. Check the frittata is cooked through by puting a sharp knife down the middle.8.
