2 Pkgs Yves Veggie Ground Round
1 Large Can Lentils, rinsed (approx 2 cups cooked)
1 Can Corn Nibletts, rinsed (Approx 1.25 cups)
2 Tsp Butter (for frying)
3 Gloves Garlic, Crushed
1 Medium Onion, Diced
2 Medium Carrot, Grated
2 Stalks Celery, Diced
1 Tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
1/4 Tsp Liquid Hickory Smoke
1 Tsp Parsley
1 Tsp Sage
1 Tsp Rosemary
1 Tsp Thyme
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp Allspice
1/2 Cup Shredded Light Cheddar or Marble Cheese
6 Medium Potatoes
1/2 Cup Half Fat Sour Cream
1/4 Cup 1% Milk
2 Tbsp Butter


How Do I Make Vegetarian Sheppard's Pie - Crustless?

Here is how you make Vegetarian Sheppard's Pie - Crustless:

1) Peel and cube potatoes. Boil them in enough water to cover in a saucepan. While potatoes are cooking, continue the rest of the instructions.2) Mix the Veggie Ground Round, Lentils and Corn in a bowl and set aside.3) In a frying pan, fry the Garlic, Onion, Carrot and Celery in 2 Tsp Butter for approx 7 minutes or until Onions begin to go transparent. Add to Veggie Ground Round mixture.4) To mixture, add the Worchestershire Sauce, Liquid Smoke, Parsley, Sage, Rosemary, Thyme, Black Pepper and Allspice. Mix well.4) Spread mixture evenly between two 9"x9" baking dishes, then divide the cheddar cheese equally between the two and sprinkle over mixture.5) By now your potatoes should be soft. Remove them from heat and drain well. Mash them up (either with a fork or a potatoe masher) and add the sour cream, milk and 2 Tbsp butter. Mix well. You can whip them with a hand-held blender if you would like to make them smoother.6) Spread the mashed potatoes evenly between the 2 baking dishes, over the mixture in each and spread smooth. Cover with tin foil.7) Bake at 350*F for 20 minutes.
