Chop onions and garlic and stir fry until onions are soft, then add the black beans and veggie ground round. Heat through. Place in bottom of a casserole dish. Make Gravy and pour over ground round mix. Layer with Spaghetti squash. Then frozen peas.Cook and Mash Cauliflower with Yams like you are making mashed potatoes. DO NOT ADD MILK, but you can add a little butter or margarine if you like. Layer top of casserole with Cauliflower and Yam mix. Sprinkle with paprika Put in the oven until heated through.
