Here is how you make Veggie Pot Pie 1:

Add all ingredients for "filling" together and cook in a pan on the stove top on med-high heat until carrots have become soft, but not mushy. * Can add more water as it is cooking on the stove top if needed. You want the "filling" to be between a "soup like" and a "stew like" consistency when it is done cooking on the stove top. Takes about 15-20 minutes or so.Put all the "crust" ingredients in a seperate bowl. Mix until all flour is moist. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Divide dough ("crust") into two. Place half in the bottom of an oven safe pan and spread to cover bottom and sides of the pan. Then fill the pan with cooked "filling".Take the remainder of the dough ("crust") and roll out flat with a rolling pin. Place rolled out dough on top of the filling in the pan.
