1 pkg (283 g) refreigerated pizza crust
1 garlic clove, pressed

Here is how you make Caprese Pizza:

Makes 6 Servings1. Preheat the oven to 425 F. Slice tomatoes into 1/4 inch slices. Place onto paper towel-lined cutting board. Sprinkle both sides evenly with salt; let stand 15 mins.2. Meanwhile, lightly brsuh a 13x9 inch baking sheet with 1 tsp oil. Unroll dough onto baking sheet, pressing it into the corners. Press garlic into a small bowl and combine with remaining 1 tbsp oil; brush over dough. grate Parmesan cheese and sprinkle evenly over dough. Cut dough lengthwise into thirds with a pizza cutter. Carefully move the dough strips slightly apart for baking. Bake 11-12 mins or until bottoms of crusts are light golden brown.3. While crusts bake, combine basil with oil in another small bowl and set aside. Blot tops of tomato slices with paper towel. Slice mozzarella cheese into 1/4 inch thick slices. Arrange tomato and cheese slices in overlapping rows on baked crusts. Return to oven; bake an additional 4-5 mins or just until cheese melts.4. Remove baking sheet from oven.
