Return to jar, put a square of cheesecloth on for the lid, and turn on its side in a well-lit area that is free from direct sun. Rinse and strain wheat again before bed. Repeat in the morning, and again before bed. On the 3rd day, you will have sprouted wheat!CRUST:In a food processor, pulse the wheat until it forms a doughy ball.
