Let it sit and prehead oven while combining 1 tbsp butter with 3 tbsp minced garlic until garlic just begins to soften/brown. Spread evenly on crust and begin to bake while prepping toppings.Wash and slice bok choy stems and leaves. Add stems to pan containing 1.5 tbsp butter and 3 tbsp minced garlic. Salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes before adding bok choy leaves. Saute the red peppers in the remaining 0.5 tbsp butter until they begin to soften. When the bok choy and peppers are 85% cooked, combine and set aside. Put the sauce and shredded mozzarella on the pizza crust and pop it in the oven for another minute until it starts to melt. Then add the bok choy mixture and throw it back in the oven for a few minutes to make sure everything is super hot and the flavors begin to combine. Be careful that the bok choy isn't too soggy because it will saturate your nice, crisp crust!Note: I use butter instead of olive oil for the flavor and it crisped the crust nicely.
