Here is how you make Guilt Free Pizza Crust:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Spread thinly onto a pizza or cookie sheet. Place in hot oven for 5-10 minutes. You will want to keep an eye on it. If the bottom becomes browned and the top doesn't you may want to turn the broiler on for a couple of minutes.Remove from oven. Top with your favorite toppings. Pop back into the oven, under the broiler until cheese (if added) is golden brown and bubbly.Serves 2 (or 1 very hungry person)OPTION: This crust doesn't lend itself to a lot of heavy toppings; although it does make a really great wrap.
